There is something beautiful about timber in its natural state. Whether it hasn’t been stained and polished or shaped to have perfect edges. I love the rawness and rustic feel it adds to a room. Even if the room has a clean polished look about it, the natural timber contrasts beautifully with it. The plus side is that over the years, wear and tear will only make it look more authentic.
